We accept returns for store credit!
Most special occasion stores (both Internet and retail locations) have a policy not to accept returns on evening dresses including prom dresses ( or any item available ONLINE) Here at Veronicas Boutique & Veronicasbtq.com , we have listened to our customers and we do accept returns for store credit only for a few reasons.
· As for special orders, our manufacturers do not accept our returns on items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e.: incorrect item is delivered, delivered past wear date, delivered to address other than provided at time of order, etc.). Therefore, we may only accept returns or exchanges from our customers under the same conditions. There is no refund for shipping charges, regardless of reason for return.
Is very IMPORTANT to provide WEAR DATE?
· Some customers would want to return their gown AFTER wearing it. No one would want to buy a gown that someone has already worn and we are unable to sell used merchandise.
· Many gowns sell out quickly and there may not be another gown available for exchange. Our return policy is very strict so that we may continue to offer you competitive prices on quality merchandise. It is your responsibility, when placing an order, to understand and abide by this policy. We take pride in offering our customers quality merchandise that is delivered as promised! We carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store to be sure it is the style, size, and color that you ordered, free of damage or defect and will reach you before your wear date. However, if we fail to do so, we will be happy to accept your return or exchange. If this does happen, please accept our apology and notify us within 3 business days of the problem so that we can correct it for you as quickly as possible.
In all order we attach an Invoice with an INSPECTION NOTE, this guarantee that dress we ship had been CAREFULLY INSPECTED.
Exchange
1. We realize that even with best intentions in estimating your size and viewing the dress online, there may be instances that the item purchased is not as expected. We want to be able to give you an opportunity to get a dress that is as good as you expect.
2. We want you to be completely 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our dresses are for special events, and we want you to feel you have the perfect dress for your important day.
3. We are confident that you will be able to find that perfect dress because we have the largest stock of special occasion dresses online and thousands of styles to choose from.
We are sure you can find a replacement dress. We also offer shoes and other accessories that store credit may be applied to.
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The only exceptions.
· Jasz Couture Dresses.
· Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are final sale are as follows: sale items, items marked final sale/no returns.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for store credit on the price of the item minus a 20% restocking fee. Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Merchandise must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving a return authorization number from us.
If you would like to exchange an item for any reason you must return the original item to us per our return policy above. Once the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected, you will be issued the appropriate store credit in accordance with our return policy. Once you receive your store credit code you will need to place a new order.
**PLEASE NOTE: It can take 7-14 business days to process a return once it has been received. **
IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS
You have 3 days to return your item. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 3 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.
The dress must be unworn and in the same condition you received it. Any items returned to us without original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, with odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or that have been tampered with in any way will not receive credit in any form.
You have to send it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees via their carrier of choice, provided they receive a valid tracking number for proof of return. Make sure you save your tracking number.
If you do not accept the item being returned to you, you will not receive credit of any kind.
All merchandise is thoroughly inspected both before leaving our warehouse and before being accepted by our returns department to assure the quality of the dresses we receive.
